Ai Life Partner（以下「当社」）は、AIly（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報、その利用目的、および第三者への提供に関する方針を説明します。

本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

本アプリは以下の情報を収集または処理します。

• 位置情報（GPS）：天気情報を取得するため、お使いのデバイスの位置情報を利用します。位置情報の利用は任意であり、手動で都道府県を選択することも可能です。位置情報はサーバーに保存されません。
• 入力テキスト：AIへの質問・相談内容は、回答生成のためにAnthropicのAI（Claude）に送信されます。入力内容は当社のサーバーには保存されません。
• ウェルネスデータ：気分・睡眠時間などのチェックインデータはデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。
• 購入情報：プレミアムプランのサブスクリプション情報はApple App Store / Google Play Storeを通じて処理されます。支払い情報は当社には一切届きません。
• クラッシュ・診断情報：アプリの安定性向上のため、匿名のクラッシュレポートが収集される場合があります。

収集した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用します。

• 天気情報に基づくウェルネスアドバイスの提供
• パーソナライズされたAIメッセージ・回答の生成
• アプリの機能改善・バグ修正
• サブスクリプション管理

当社はユーザーの個人情報を広告目的で利用したり、第三者に販売したりすることは一切ありません。

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを使用しています。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。

• Anthropic（Claude AI）：AIへの質問・相談に使用。入力内容はAnthropicのサーバーに送信されます。

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。保護者の方が13歳未満のお子様が本アプリを使用していることを発見した場合は、下記のサポート窓口までご連絡ください。

Ai Life Partner ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information AIly ("the App") collects, how it is used, and when it may be shared.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The App collects or processes the following information:

• Location Data (GPS): Used to retrieve local weather information. Location access is optional — you may also select your prefecture manually. Location data is never stored on our servers.
• User Input Text: Questions and messages you send to the AI are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude AI for response generation. We do not store your input on our servers.
• Wellness Data: Mood check-ins, sleep hours, and similar data are stored only on your device and never transmitted externally.
• Purchase Information: Premium subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details.
• Crash & Diagnostics: Anonymous crash reports may be collected to improve app stability.

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Providing weather-based wellness advice
• Generating personalized AI messages and responses
• Improving app functionality and fixing bugs
• Managing subscriptions

We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.

The App uses the following third-party services. Please review their respective privacy policies:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Used for AI question answering. Your input is sent to Anthropic's servers.
